Pay my premium

Paynow adds a small processing fee to online payments (for example, a $1.00 payment becomes $1.03). You will see the total on your phone or the Paynow page before you approve.

Ways to pay

You can pay by EcoCash, Telecash, stop order, or cash at Rise Capital offices.

  • Stop order

    You can pay through your employer.

    You can pay cash at Rise Capital offices.

Reference and biller code

We use a biller code so we can match every payment to your policy.

Always use your policy number as the payment reference.

If you miss a payment

  • You have a 15-day grace period for monthly premiums.
  • You have a 30-day grace period for annual premiums.
  • Your cover may stop if the premium is still unpaid at the end of the grace period.
