What you get
- We pay after at least 3 consecutive days as an in-patient.
- We pay for each day, up to 30 days a stay and 60 days a year.
- One day means 24 hours.
- We cover ages 0 to 60. We cover children to 23.
- Your spouse pays the adult rate.
- You must receive treatment in Zimbabwe.
Waiting periods
- Accidents: none.
- Illness and surgery: 3 months.
- Pre-existing conditions: 12 months.
- HIV/AIDS and STIs: 12 months.
What we do not cover
- We do not cover maternity, mental illness or cosmetic surgery.
- We do not cover self-inflicted injury or alcohol-related claims.
- We do not cover pandemics or war.
